We offer a flexible lease that gives you both security for the future but also the option to depart or move to a larger unit should things change.

  • Two-year lease
  • No rent increase during the period of the lease
  • Four months’ notice period after the first twelve months
  • Security deposit of two months’ rent

What your rent does not include:

  • EV charging
  • Electricity – each unit has its own meter
  • Business rates – these are payable directly to Wiltshire Council, but you may be eligible to 100% Small Business Rate Relief
