The transformation of Boyton Old Station is under way and we are inviting applications from tenants would like to move in from July this year.
Each self-contained unit is available on a two-year lease with a four month notice period after the first year of occupation. Rent is payable monthly, in advance by direct debit, with a one-month deposit payable at signing. There is no VAT.
There is a monthly service charge based on the size of each unit which includes car parking, building insurance, outside lighting, internet connection, electricity standing charge, water, sewage, rubbish collection, delivery box, grounds and car park maintenance and regular outside window cleaning.
Charges to be paid by the tenant are business rates (if applicable) to Wiltshire County Council, contents insurance, metered electricity and unmetered internet (optional) use. The latter two are paid to the landlord, billed quarterly in arrears. There is a small extra monthly charge for high water users such as hair salons or dog groomers.
