About Us
A very long time ago this was the location of Codford Station which closed in 1960. The current building was built in the early 2000’s, for many years the headquarters of the Country Gentleman’s Association.
I bought the building recently to create a hub where small businesses may thrive together in a welcoming, rural location but which is still is close to the prosperous towns and villages where customers live. I have done something similar at Shedfield House Dairy Business Centre in Hampshire if you wish to check out my bona fides.
The aim is to create a workspace for you to call your own which has all the modern facilities any business requires at a reasonable cost, with straightforward and flexible rental terms. I have run my own small business nearly all my adult life, so I at least know some of the hassles that go with that. With you in mind I will always do my best to ensure that everything about Boyton Old Station works like clockwork, giving you one less thing to worry about.
In terms of the types of business I am open to most service or office-based enterprises. However, to ensure a self-sustaining hub some types of business such as retail, storage or manufacture will not work for us. That said, if you are not sure what category your business falls into, just ask.
